Why We Have This Policy
Our treatments involve medical equipment, lasers, injectables, and other tools that are not safe for children to be near. Beyond safety, our environment is designed to be calm and focused — for your benefit and for every other patient in the spa. This policy allows our providers to give you their complete attention from the moment you walk in.
What This Means
Treatment rooms and the waiting area are reserved for adult patients only. Children are not permitted in treatment rooms, and we are not able to supervise children in the waiting area while a parent or guardian is receiving a service.
If You Arrive With a Child
We will happily help you reschedule at no charge. We know arranging childcare is not always easy, and we do not want you to feel rushed or stressed about it. Just reach out and we will find a time that works.
Planning Your Visit
If childcare is a concern, let us know when booking and we will work with you to find a time that fits your schedule. We would rather help you plan ahead than have you miss an appointment.

No pets allowed- ONLY certified service animals are permitted.
CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULE POLICY
Effective 4/22/25
*Due to an increased amount of no call, no shows & last minute cancellations, we have updated our fees & policy.
$50 fee for each half hour booked.
The above fees apply to no call, no show appointments AND to appointments that were not given at least 24 hours cancellation notice. Fees must be paid in full before another appointment can be booked. This fee will apply to confirmed or unconfirmed appointments.
*If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule for another time.
We reserve your appointment time just for you- we value your time, so please value our time as well.
